Customer Warranty

SFICO Limited  (who is called "SFICO" in this warranty) warrants that, for the warranty period set out in paragraph 2 below, the enclosed Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship, and agrees that it will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective Product subject to the following terms and conditions: 

           

 

  • This warranty extends only to you, the clients, as the end-user of the Product. You may have further rights under applicable law. This limited warranty does not affect such rights.

             

  • The warranty period is 6 (six) months or 12 (twelve) months from the date on which you purchased the Product. You must notify your retailer, SFICO (or its authorised service company, details of which are available from the hotline) of any defects as soon as possible after you have become aware of them. Please be aware that claims made 12 months after the purchase date will not be valid.

 

  • All defective parts or Products, which have been replaced by SFICO during the warranty period, shall become the property of SFICO.

 

  • During warranty period workmanship and service cost is FREE, regular maintenance will also be completed throughout this period.

 

Warranty does NOT cover:

 

  • Damaged spare parts resulting from abuse or misuse of the machine borne by the customer

 

  • Any cost of removal or re-installation of the MFP

 

  • Damage from tapering or attempted repair by a person other than SFICO limited.

 

  • During warranty period every consumable must be bought from SFICO limited

 

  • Products in respect of which the product serial number (or equivalent) has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or made illegible.

 

  • Warranty becomes void if a third party consumable, spare part or workmanship is utilised in our MFP.

 

At the end of warranty period customer can decide to continue a full maintenance agreement or to defect from the above, after which custody of the machine is not our responsibility.
